Periodic revision by the State Government

- (1) The State Government may undertake a periodic revision of the categories of backward classes with a view to excluding therefrom those classes who have ceased to be backward classes or for including therein new backward classes. (2) The State Government shall, while undertaking any revision referred to in subsection (1), consult the Commission.
