Finance Committee

(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-(a) the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee;(b) the Principal Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan, Finance Department, or his nominee not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary to the Government;(c) the Principal Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan, Youth Affairs and Sports Department, or his nominee not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary to the Government;(d) the Pro-Vice-Chancellor;(e) one member of the Board, to be nominated by the Board from amongst its non-official members;(f) two professors, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board; and(g) the Comptroller, who shall be the Member-Secretary of the Committee.

(2) The term of office of the members nominated under clauses (e) and (f) shall be two years.
