Penalty for obstructing entry

Whoever, -

1. (a) obstructs the entry of any person empowered under the provisions of this Act upon any land or building;
2. (b) resists or obstructs any member, employee or servant of a Regional Development Authority or any employee of the State Government in exercise of any power conferred on, or in the discharge of any duty imposed upon, or in the performance of any function entrusted to him; or
3. (c) restricts or obstructs any person with whom a Regional Development Authority or the State Government or an officer of the State Government, has entered into a contract, including any concessionaire, shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
