Statutory text
  1. (1) The Secretary in charge of the Industries Department, Government of Rajasthan shall be the ex-officio nominee of the State in the Board of Approval.
  2. (2) The Member-Secretary of the SEZ Development Committee shall be the ex-officio nominee of the State in the Approval Committee.
