1. Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be called Shri Sanwaliaji Temple (Amendment) Act, 2022. (2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of section 6, Rajasthan Act No. 8 of 1992
Statutory text
In clause (iv) of sub-section (3) of section 6 of Shri Sanwaliaji Temple Act, 1992 (Act No. 8 of 1992), the existing expression “or a deaf-mute or suffering from leprosy” shall be deleted.
