Establishment of Debt Relief Courts

Statutory text
- (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Rajasthan Civil Courts Ordinance, 1950 (Rajasthan Ordinance VII of 1950), the State Government may establish Debt Relief Courts with such jurisdiction, as it may determine and may appoint persons possessing the prescribed qualification to be judges of such courts.
