The Rajasthan Public Examination (Measures For Prevention Of Unfair Means In Recruitment) (Amendment) Act, 2023

(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Public Examination (Measures for Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) (Amendment) Act, 2023. (2) It shall come into force at once.

In sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Rajasthan Public Examination (Measures for Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2022 (Act No. 6 of 2022),- (i) for the existing expression “less than five years but which may extend to imprisonment of ten years”, the expression “less than ten years but which may extend to imprisonment for life” shall be substituted; and (ii) in proviso, for the existing expression “five years”, the expression “ten years” shall be substituted.
