Repeal and Savings
The Rajasthan Prohibition Act Repealing Act, 1981General19815 sections
Statutory text
- (1) The Rajasthan Prohibition Act Repealing Ordinance, 1981 (Ordinance No. 7 of 1981) is hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
