Punishment for witch craft

Statutory text
Whoever practises witch craft or other similar practices with intent to cause harm or injury to any person shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than one year but which may extend to three years or with fine which shall not be less than Rs. 10,000 or with both.
