Statutory text

(1) Every licensee shall, unless expressly exempted from the liability by his licence, or by order in writing of the Commission, prepare and render to the Commission or to such authority as the Commission may appoint in this behalf, on or before the prescribed date in each year, an annual statement of accounts of his undertaking made up to such date, in such form, and containing such particulars, as may be prescribed in this behalf. (2) The licensee shall keep copies of such annual statement at his office and sell the same to any applicant.
