Police District and Police District Level Special Cells

Statutory text
- (1) The State Government may notify any area, including a metropolitan area, within the State as a Police District.
- (2) The State Government may, by notification, establish one or more Special Cells in a Police District and may appoint an officer not below the rank of Deputy superintendent of Police to be the in-charge of such special cell.
