1. 1. Short title and commencement.-

(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Amendment) Act, 2026. (2) It shall come into force at once.
2. 2. Amendment of section 19, Rajasthan Act No. 13 of 1994.-

In section 19 of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994),- (i) the existing clause (l) shall be deleted; (ii) the existing clause (iv) of proviso shall be deleted; and (iii) the existing Explanation-I shall be deleted.
