1. Short title and commencement.-

(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Ministers' Salaries (Amendment) Act, 2019.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of section 5, Rajasthan Act No. 43 of 1956.-

In second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Rajasthan Ministers' Salaries Act, 1956 (Act No. 43 of 1956), for the existing expression "such amount not exceeding rupees five thousand per month as may be notified by the Government from time to time.", the expression "rupees ten thousand per day." shall be substituted.
