The Rajasthan Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Facilitation of Establishment and Operation) (Amendment) Act, 2023

(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Facilitation of Establishment and Operation) (Amendment) Act, 2023. (2) It shall come into force at once.

In section 6 of the Rajasthan Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Facilitation of Establishment and Operation) Act, 2019 (Act No. 14 of 2019), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act, for the existing expression "period of three years", wherever occurring, the expression "period of five years" shall be substituted.

In section 7 of the principal Act, for the existing expression "period of three years", the expression "period of five years" shall be substituted.
