- (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Facilitation of Establishment and Operation) Act, 2019.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 4thMarch,2019.
