Grant of Licence.

(1) Every licence for the keeping of a bull shall be granted by a Live-stock Officer authorised by the State Government by general or special order in this behalf in such form, for such period --------- subject to such terms, conditions and restrictions, as may be prescribed. Provided that no fee shall be charged for the grant of a licence. (2) Every licence shall mention the area for which the bull is licensed, with reference to the breed of the bull.
