5. Amendment of section 194, Rajasthan Act No. 18 of 2009.-

In sub-section (7) of section 194 of the principal Act,- (i) in clause (f), for the existing punctuation mark "." appearing at the end, the punctuation mark ";" shall be substituted; and (ii) after clause (f), so amended, the following new clauses shall be added, namely:- "(g) Where any construction has been seized, the Municipality or the officer authorized by it in this behalf, with prior permission of the State Government or the officer authorized by it in this behalf, may, for the purpose of removing or discontinuing such construction, order the seizure to be revoked; (h) No person shall revoke such seizure except by,- (a) an order passed under clause (g) of this sub-section; or (b) an order passed under sub-section (12) of this section.".
