Amendment of section 261, Rajasthan Act No. 15 of 1956.

In sub-section (2) of section 261 of the principal Act, after the existing clause (xvii) and before the existing clause (xviii), the following new clause shall be inserted, namely:- "(xvii-a) prescribing the manner of giving effect to the provisions of section 100-A about the land placed and vested in the Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Limited (RIICO),".
