Amendment of section 261, Rajasthan Act No. 15 of 1956.

After the existing clause (xv) and before the existing clause (xvi) of sub-section (2) of section 261 of the principal Act, the following new clause shall be inserted, namely:- "(xv-a) prescribing under proviso to sub-section (2) of section 98, penalty to be paid by the person to whom the land has been granted and who is found guilty of contravention of the section;".
