1. Short title and commencement

- (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Land Laws Repealing Act, 2018. (2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Repeal of certain land laws
Statutory text
The land laws specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed and the provisions of the Rajasthan General Clauses Act, 1955 (Act No. 18 of 1955) shall apply to such repeal.
