Chapter IV OFFICE, OFFICERS AND SERVANTS OF THE BOARD

- (1) The pay and other conditions of service of the Secretary to the Board 1[and the financial Adviser thereto] shall be such as may be fixed by the State Government.
- (2) The pay and other conditions of service of other officers and servants of the Board shall be such, as may be determined by the Board regulations.
