Penalty for non-compliance of provisions relating to security and confidentiality of information

Whoever shares or publishes the identity information and photograph of a Jan-Aadhaar card holder in contravention of the section 10 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees and shall be liable to compensate the person who is adversely affected by such contravention.
