Amendment of section 107, Rajasthan Act No. 9 of 2017.

In sub-section

1. (6) of section 107 of the principal Act, for the existing punctuation mark "." appearing at the end, the punctuation mark ":" shall be substituted and thereafter the following new proviso shall be added, namely:- " Provided that no appeal shall be filed against an order under sub-section
2. (3) of section 129, unless a sum equal to twenty-five per cent. of the penalty has been paid by the appellant."
