The Rajasthan Fiscal Responsibility And Budget Management (Amendment) Act, 2021

(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (Amendment) Act, 2021. (2) It shall come into force at once.

In clause (e) of first proviso to section 6 of the Rajasthan Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2005 (Act No. 7 of 2005), for the existing punctuation mark ":" appearing at end, the expression "; or" shall be substituted and after clause (e) so amended, the following new clause shall be added, namely:- "(f) due to additional borrowing of 0.50 per cent of Gross State Domestic Product for the period 2021-22 to 2024-25, allowed by Central Government based on performance criteria in the power sector:".
