2. Amendment of heading of Chapter V, Rajasthan Act No. II of 1950.-

For the existing heading of Chapter V “Duties and Fees” of the Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950 (Act No. II of 1950), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act, the heading “Duties, Fees and Surcharge” shall be substituted.
