Delegation

(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, delegate to the board all or any its powers, except the power to make rules. (2) The Board may, with the approval of the State Government, from time to time issue direction for the guidance of the Collector and subordinate revenue officers in carrying out the provisions of this Act,
