10B. Penalty for non-payment of Tax on cable service-

Where the proprietor of a cable television network providing cable service, contravenes provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder or fails to comply with any order or direction issued in accordance with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder, shall on conviction, be punishable with a fine not exceeding two thousand rupees.
