Amendment of section 12, Rajasthan Act No. 7 of 2011

In section 12 of the principal Act,-

1. (i) in sub-section (2), for existing expression "department or authority", the expression “department or instrumentality of the Government" shall be substituted; and
2. (ii) in sub-section (3), for the existing expression "Council of Ministers", the word "Board" shall be substituted.
