Appeal

Appeal.-Any investor aggrieved by the orders of –

1. (i) the Competent Authority may appeal to the State Empowered Committee;
2. (ii) the District Empowered Committee may appeal to the State Empowered Committee;
3. (iii) the State Empowered Committee may appeal to the Government,- within thirty days from the date of the receipt by the investor of the order appealed against.
