29. Applicability of the provisions of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 and Rules made thereunder.-

Subject to the provisions of this Act and rules made thereunder, provision of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), shall apply mutatis mutandis for all other incidental and miscellaneous matters not provided in this Act.
