  1. (1) The Rajasthan Control of Goondas Ordinance. 1975 (Ordinance No. 5 of 1975) is hereby repealed.
  2. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the said Ordinance under sub-section (1), anything done or any action taken or any rules made under the said Ordinance shall be .deemed to have been done, taken or made wider this Act..
