Amendment of section 2, Rajasthan Act No. 16 of 2009

For the existing clause (f) of the section 2 of the Rajasthan Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act, 2009 (Act No. 16 of 2009), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act, the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(f) "District Marriage Registration Officer, Additional District Marriage Registration Officer and Block Marriage Registration Officer" mean the District Marriage Registration Officer, Additional District Marriage Registration Officer and Block Marriage Registration Officer respectively appointed under section 5;".
