1. 1. Short title and commencement.-

(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2022.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. 2. Amendment of section 28, Rajasthan Act No. 16 of 2002.-
Statutory text
The existing sub-section (7-A) of section 28 of the Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001 (Act No. 16 of 2002) shall be deleted.
