The Rajasthan Appropriation (No.5) Act, 2019

This Act may be called the Rajasthan Appropriation (No. 5) Act, 2019.

From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State there may be paid and applied the sums not exceeding those specified in Column 2 of the Schedule and amounting in the aggregate to the sums of Rs. 23,99,59,66,87,000/- (Rupees Two lakh Thirty Nine thousand Nine hundered Fifty Nine crore Sixty Six lakh Eighty Seven thousand) only {inclusive of the sums specified in Column 2 of the Schedule to the Rajasthan Appropriation (Vote on Account) (No. 4) Act, 2019} towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year 2019-2020 in respect of the services specified in Column 1 of the Schedule.

The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
