The Rajasthan Appropriation (No. 3) Act, 2021

इस अिधिनयम का नाम राज̾थान िविनयोग (सं.3) अिधिनयम, 2021 है। 1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Rajasthan Appropriation (No. 3) Act, 2021.

अनुसूची के ˑʁ 1 मŐ िविनिदŊʼ सेवाओं के संबंध मŐ िवȅीय वषŊ 2021-2022 के दौरान, संदाय के अनुŢम मŐ आने वाले िविभɄ Ůभारों का चुकारा करने के िलए राǛ की समेिकत िनिध मŐ से, अनुसूची के ˑʁ 2 मŐ िविनिदŊʼ रािशयों से अनिधक और कु ल िमलाकर माũ 31,63,26,31,000/– Ŝ. (तीन हजार ए क सौ ितरसठ करोड़ छ̭ बीस लाख इ कतीस हजार Ŝपये) की रािशयाँ संदȅ और उपयोिजत की जा सकŐगी। 2. Issue of Rs. 31,63,26,31,000/– out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the financial year 2021-2022.- From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State there may be paid and applied the sums not exceeding those specified in Column 2 of the Schedule and amounting in the aggregate to the sums of Rs. 31,63,26,31,000/– (Rupees Three thousand One hundred Sixty Three crore Twenty Six lakh Thirty One thousand) only towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year 2021-2022 in respect of the services specified in Column 1 of the Schedule.

इस अिधिनयम Ȫारा राǛ की समेिकत िनिध मŐ से संदȅ और उपयोिजत िकये जाने के िलए Ůािधकृत की गयीं रािशयाँ उƅ वषŊ के संबंध मŐ अनुसूची मŐ उİʟİखत सेवाओं और Ůयोजनों के िलए िविनयोिजत की जायŐगी। 3. Appropriation.- The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
