Prohibition of use of a temple or temple premises or any other place of public religious worship for a sacrifice.

No person shall, knowingly allow the performance of sacrifice at a place, which is:

1. (a) situated in a temple or its premises or in any other place of public religious worship; and
2. (b) in his possession or under his control.
