NO COMPENSATION FOR SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF LICENCE.

Statutory text
Where any licence is suspended, revoked or cancelled under this Act, the licensee shall not be entitled to any compensation therefor, nor shall be entitled to refund of any fee paid by him for the licence.
