Validation of valuation lists
The Punjab Urban Immovable Property Tax (Validation of Lists) Act, 1943Tax19433 sections
Statutory text
Where in any proceedings conciuded before the commencement of this Act any such valuation Iist has been found to be invalid on such gmund by any person or authority, such finding shall be void and of no effect.
