Acts or proceedings not to be invalidated due to vacancies.

No act done, or proceedings taken, under this Act by an authority, or body of the University shall, be invalid merely on the ground of ,- (a) any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the authority or body; or (b) any defect or irregularity in nomination or appointment of person acting as member thereof; or (c) any defect or irregularity in such Ordinance or proceeding not affecting the merits of the case.
