Functions and powers of the Punjab State Council.

The Punjab State Council shall have the following functions and powers, namely: – (a) maintain the Punjab State Master Register; (b) sending monthly returns for updating the National Register as may be required by the Central Government or the National Council established under the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 (Central Act No. 23 of 2010);
