The Finance Committee

(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely: - (i) the Vice-Chancellor: Chairperson (ii) the Dean Academic Affairs: Member (iii) the Registrar: Member (iv) two persons nominated by the Foundation out of whom one shall be a Financial Expert: Members; and (v) the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer: Member-Secretary. (2) The members nominated by the Foundation shall hold office for a period of two years.
