Powers of Government

(1) The Government may require that the proceedings of the University shall be in conformity with this Act and with the Regulations and may exercise all powers necessary for giving effect to its requisitions in this behalf and may (among other things) annul by notification any such proceedings not in conformity with the Act or the said Regulations. (2) The exercise by the Government of any powers conferred under sub-section (1) shall not be liable to be called in question in any court of law.
