The Pro Vice-Chancellor

Statutory text
(1) The Pro Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Chancellor on such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed. (2) In the absence of the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro Vice-Chancellor shall be the chairperson of the Finance Committee and shall exercise such other powers and perform such duties, as may be prescribed.
