The Finance Committee.

(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely: - (i) the Vice-Chancellor; - Chairperson (ii) the Dean, Academic Affairs; - Member (iii) the Registrar; - Member (iv) two persons nominated by the Society out of whom one shall be a financial expert; and - Member (v) the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer. - Member-Secretary (2) The members nominated by the Society shall hold office for a period of two years.
