Time and place of meeting of Faculty

The Faculty shall meet at such time and place and every meeting of the Faculty shall be convened and held in such manner as may be prescribed by regulations or rules, as the case may be, made under this Act : Provided that until such regulations or rules are made, the Chairman shall be competent to convene and hold a meeting of the Faculty at such time and place and in such manner as he may deem expedient by letter addressed to each member.
