Chapter VI-A SLUM CLEARANCE BOARD
Statutory text
The functions of the Board shall be-
- (a) to exercise the powers of the competent authority in cases where the State Government have, by notification, directed that the powers of the competent authority shall be exercised by the Board ; and
- (b) such other functions as may be prescribed.
