Circumstances under which a member shall vacate office

If a member— (a) ceases to have the qualifications or ceases to hold the office by virtue of which he became member; (b) becomes subject to any disqualification referred to in section 8; or (c) absents himself, without permission of the Chairman from three consecutive meetings of the Board, the State Government shall declare his office to be vacant.
