Amendment in section 67 of Punjab Act 13 of 2012

In the principal Act, in section 67,-

1. (i) sub-section (1) shall be omitted;
2. (ii) in sub-section (2), for the words "one hundred rupees", the words "five hundred rupees" shall be substituted;
3. (iii) in sub-section (3), for the words "five thousand rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted;
4. (iv) in sub-section (4), for the words "five thousand rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted; and
5. (v) in sub-section (5), for the words "five thousand rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
