Redemption of Mortgages

In section 1, sub-section (3)

  1. (a) of the Redemption of Mortgages (Punjab) Act, 1913, for the figures and word "30 acres" the figures and word "50 acres" shall be substituted, and in sub-section (3)
  2. (b) of the same section for the figures "1,000" the figures "5,000" shall be substituted.
