Meeting of State Vigilance Committee

(1) The State Vigilance Committee shall hold the meetings as and when it considers necessary to conduct its business. (2) The State Vigilance Committee shall frame bye-laws for the conduct of its business. (3) All decisions of the meetings of the State Vigilance Committee shall be taken by a simple majority of members present at such meetings. (4) There shall be a quorum of four members including the Chairman for a meeting of the State Vigilance Committee. (5) The decisions or actions of the State Vigilance Committee shall not be vitiated or held as invalid merely on the ground of vacancy or absence of any member.
